Mango-Mint Cooler

What could be easier than throwing ingredients in a blender and ending up with a cool, refreshing, and tasty alcoholic beverage? I'm not really sure. This recipe is great for cocktail parties or warm-weather evenings spent outdoors. If you'd like, you can try spearing some mango slices on a toothpick with mint as a garnish or add a single floating mint leaf into the glass.

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and meat removed from seed
  • 1 bunch mint, stems removed, plus more for garnish, if desired
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 3 ½ ounces blanco mezcal or tequila, preferably Ilegal Mezcal
  • Ice


In a blender, combine all ingredients together and blend until thoroughly combined.
