Tips

  • The salsa is drinkable.
  • Some of the best salsa east of the Mississippi.
  • Sit at the bar.
  • Passion fruit margarita with Jalapeno/Serrano infused tequila. Really. Drink this.
  • Solid tex-mex. Great salsa and chips (free!!). Try the combo dishes to try it all! Cash only
  • Solid margs, great fish tacos, but a bit too much queso on everything if you order the queso side.
  • Kinda like having a Chili's on Court Street. I mean that in the best possible way.
  • The veggie burrito is delicious. Order it without the rice & live in heaven with every bite.
  • Lobo makes the best wings you've never had. Consistently perfect. Start with the garlic and the bbq. You're in the know now.
  • Solid tequila and mezcal selection. Great service. For brunch, get the jalapeno grits. Solid Tex-Mex food. Cash only and, although there is an ATM on site, it is usually out of cash by Sunday.
  • If Tim's on the bar, ask for a Belmont.
  • Amazing salsa
  • Good Fajitas. More than enough to share with one other person after the chips & salsa (& guacamole... I'm a sucker for guac) have come out beforehand. If I'm going to get picky, the guac was just ok.
  • Stop by and say hello to Devon.
  • Recommended - Alamo (one enchilada, one beef burrito topped with Tex-Mex corn carne and a been & cheese chalupa) and Margarita
  • The blackened catfish is amazing!
  • Have the Ancho Chile margarita...it kicks ass!
  • Do yourself a solid and add a sunnyside up egg to any of the enchiladas.
  • The Alamo is amazing.
  • The weekend brunch is really good. The margaritas are also top notch.
