DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - It may look like a traditional villa from outside, but inside it is a modern home combined with Tuscan chic.

The home is located in the Bluffview section of Dallas. Listed at $3,295,000 realtor Chad Schulin of Dave Perry-Miller Associates calls it a "successful collaboration of craftsmanship and design proportions."

The home was built in 2009 by the homeowners. "They carefully picked out select pieces to decorate their home," says Schulin.

The main entry doors are reclaimed 200 year old barn doors. The home has several such antique features.
"As you enter the home office, you come through these 100 year old New York bank doors," Schulin points out.

Spread out over 11,000 square feet area, the home is an entertainer's dream.
The living space is an open concept area with a double height ceiling which opens into the kitchen and the courtyard.

The grand double staircase is the focal point of this room. And, in a clever use of space, the wrap around bar is located under the stairs.

The double barreled kitchen ceiling lends openness to the spacious kitchen. But the center of attraction is the island, "your first line of sight is this custom made limestone with 19 century French butcher's block built into the island," says Schulin.

The home has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, including one that has a hand carved bath tub. "The real showcase of the bathroom is this antique German hand painted glass doors," says Schulin.

The main attraction of this house is the spa wing. Schulin took CBS 11 on a tour of this area. "There's a spa wing to the home equipped with massage room, area to do your yoga, fitness room and a custom Versace meditation room."

The courtyard in the middle of the house is inspired by classical Italian Architecture.

Sitting on almost 2 acres of land, the home has a beach entrance pool and an open yard for entertainment.
