Lemon-Garlic Goat Cheese Dip Recipe

This dip was actually not originally conceived as a dip at all but rather as a stuffing for fried zucchini blossoms. Every time I made the dish I would end up eating half of the goat cheese mixture slathered on water crackers. Now it's one of my go-to, easy entertaining dishes — it requires very few ingredients, almost no effort, and tastes absolutely fantastic.

  • 8 ounces plain goat cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Water crackers, for serving


Combine all of the ingredients together in a small bowl and mix until fully incorporated. Serve with crackers.
