Late-Night, Guilty-Pleasure, Yellowtail Taquitos
The Yoshi dish that should be anyone's guilty pleasure is Crispy Yellowtail or Salmon Taquitos with cilantro, onion, and spicy oil sauce. Hard taco, yellowtail or salmon tartare, spicy mayo — yes, it's Americanized delivery sushi, yes it's this reporter's go-to, but on many an East Village night, Yoshi's taquitos hit the spot, and are thus distinguished as of one of the best restaurant delivery dishes I had all year. And for all these reasons, this dish made my list of most memorable meals of 2011.
