Tips
- Head off on a hike along trails created along former Village Golf Course paths in Kapalua. You'll be treated to stunning panoramic ocean views and at the very top, a hidden lake with ducks!

- Kapalua has two stellar championship golf courses, but if you're not up for a full 9 or 18 hole day or would prefer to fine tune your skills, try the three-hole walking course.
- Solid and beautiful course. Played a 1:09pm tee time with the wind which makes this course tough. There are 3-4 blind holes off the tee, but pay attention to tips from golf cart nav and you'll be fine
- When you play the Plantation Course, you are walking in the footsteps of legends! This course is home to the PGA TOUR season opening event every January.

- Every time I play this course I get paired with very well to do people. It makes the experience better.
- Green fees are around $278.00 for a round of golf. There golf academy is wonderful and helpful. It's rated #1 in Hawaii.
- You can't take a bad picture on this course, and it's nearly impossible to get a bad lie. Worth every penny. WARNING: spend at least an hour on the practice green unless you like 3-putting every hole!
- Some tee boxes have mats laid out for your tee shot. But the view makes up for it. The price is outrageous.
- Great place to enjoy the views and play at one of the best golf courses in Hawaii. Check out The Plantation House restaurant after for great dinner and cocktails.
- This course is insane. I think the only reason the pros play it is because their wives want the trip to Maui. The best things about Plantation is the starter, the views and the restaurant.

- Before you tee off! Ask to go up to da golf school for their driving range. They use real balls there. The bay course has restricted balls for their range
- You will save $100 per person by calling the day of instead of pre-booking.
