Juicing: Farmers' Market Edition
Green Carrot Juice
Ingredients:
1 bunch kale
3 large carrots (or 6 little ones)
2 red apples
Directions:
1. Wash all the ingredients and peel the carrots.
2. Process the ingredients through a juicer.
3. Shake or stir and enjoy!
Pink Beet Juice
Ingredients:
1 bunch bok choy
2 green apples
1 beet
Directions:
1. Wash all the ingredients and scrub the beet.
2. Process the ingredients through a juicer.
3. Shake or stir and enjoy!
