While it’s possible to go completely overboard (the JJ Gargantuan contains more than 1,100 calories), you can also get in and out without ruining your diet. A good tip is to stick with the “slims” and load up on free vegetables like onion, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, hot peppers, and sprouts that add flavor without the fat.
