Jack White Sings About Saltines

Is Jack White really singing about saltines in his newest solo track? Vulture has one theory for the salty snack-inspired song (the stomach flu can be quite the muse, we hear). Either way, it's pretty entertaining to hear White sing "I'm hungry and the hunger will linger/ I eat sixteen saltine crackers then I lick my finger" in a weirdly sexual tone. It's certainly no Shirley Temple "Animal Crackers in My Soup," but it still may make you crave a cracker.
