Everyone loves a good pun, so let’s just get it out of the way and say that any drink at Sweden’s Ice Hotel is going to be very cool. But puns aside, when visiting the freezing hotel we found that their famous Ice Bar serves up some pretty mean cocktails (which is quite an accomplishment for a bar that's temperature hovers around 25 degrees).
One of the bar’s best offerings is called (aptly) the Cold & Crazy. Recently, we learned the steps to this delicious cocktail conjured up in the coldest of climates. You start with some Absolut Raspberry and add blackberry liqueur, blueberry juice, and blood orange syrup. You may not have an ice glass to serve it in, but the fruity concoction will still be a crowd-pleaser.
