How To Make The La Perla Cocktail
Summer cocktails are undeniably some of our favorite mixes in the office, and Liquor.com's resident tequila expert (and advisory board member) Jacques Bezuidenhout brings us this new one — La Perla.
In the following video, Bezuidenhout shows how to whip up the La Perla, using tequila, sherry, and pear liqueur. The mixture is stirred, not shaken, and strained into a chilled cocktail glass, making it an easy cocktail to make at home. Garnished with a lemon twist, this tequila cocktail makes a perfect aperitif, or even during-dinner drink, a light, gorgeously presented drink to up the sophistication.
Here are the ingredients you will need;
1.5 ounces Partida Reposado Tequila
1.5 ounces Domecq Manzanilla Sherry
.75 ounces Mathilde Pear Liqueur
Garnish: Lemon twist
Glass: Cocktail
