How To Make A Big Mac At Home
If you are not keen about fast food but still get a craving, make a fresh Big Mac at Home!

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 8 yellow american cheese slices
- 8 hambuger buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoon chopped dill pickle
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 3 tablespoon french dressing
Directions
- Shred lettuce, mince onion and finely chop 1/2 cup dill pickle slices for Special Sauce. Divide hamburger into 8 equal portions. Form in to very thin patties, about 1/4" thick. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a griddle or cast iron pan over medium heat.
- Use one whole hamburger bun and one bottom from another bun. Lightly butter and grill until toasted.
- Top bottom halves of hamburger bun with about 1 Tbsp. of Special Sauce, lettuce, onion and dill pickle chips. Fry hamburger patties until nicely browned and cook through, about 2 minutes per side. Top bottom buns with hamburger patties and top with a slice of cheese. Add an additional tablespoon of Special Sauce onto top part of bun.
- Combine all ingredients and chill at least on hour for flavor to blend.
