Hot's Kitchen: A Summer Hot Spot In Hermosa Beach

Hot's Kitchen is just that: Hot, hot, hot! Located in Los Angeles County's popular beach community of Hermosa Beach, this popular family-style small plates restaurant keeps customers coming back over and over again.

Hot's Kitchen couldn't be situated in a better location, as Hermosa is swarmed with groups of young coastal locals and tourists starving for a sensational menu. Hot's cheerful style appeals to both beach-goers and those looking for something a little more sophisticated, as they can relax and socialize over 10 types of burgers, like their "fat burger" topped with a fried egg, onion, lettuce, mayo and cheese. There are also around 50 types of tacos, like the shrimp tempura taco (pictured). You can also opt for a salad, such as their Thai chicken larb, piled high with poached chicken, mint, rice and much more. If you have a little one in tow, there are six types of kids' meals to choose from. 

Hot's, which can be considered "surfer meets sophisticate"-style dining, also impresses with its vast array of 49 draft beers.

All of this was created by two childhood friends, Sean Chaney and Michael Lindenlaub, who founded Hot's Kitchen in 2010. The two saw an opportunity in the community to bring in an adventurous and casually-cool menu, and jumped at it. Hot's Kitchen is open every day from 11am-10pm.
