What You'll Need:

  • 1 package store-bought cookies, preferably Chips Ahoy! Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • One 8-ounce package green icing, such as Wilton icing
  • Jelly beans
  • 1 muffin pan

Step One: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step Two: In a food processor, pulse the store-bought cookies until they are fine crumbs.

Step Three: Melt butter.

Step Four: In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and cookie crumbs until wet and combined.

Step Five: Coat the mini muffin pan with cooking spray and press the mixture into each pan divet. Be sure that the crumbs climb up the sides and from a basket-like shape.

Step Six: Bake until the crust is firm; roughly five minutes. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely.

Step Seven: Once cooled, fill the center with the green icing.

Step Eight: Place three jelly beans in the center of the icing and serve immediately.
