High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure is a silent killer it is important to watch your intake of sodium in your diet. Most processed foods is high in sodium so it is best to stick to fresh foods. Daily use of star friuts, guava, and beet root works well to keep the pressure normal. Exercise daily brisk walking is good for 30 minutes. Throw out the salt shaker, most foods have it own sodium content so tthe adding of sald is dangerous and can be fatal. Get used to the natural taste of foods and add tomatoes and carrots an herbs (natural). Health is wealth please don't use your forks/spoons to dig your graves. Be blessed!
