It may take a few coins out of your pocket but Higgins Restaurant's Mid-Winter Brewer's Dinner (January 28-30) may be the best of the year and benefits the great James Beard Public Market project coming in September. Combining five of Oregon's best brewers with one of our state's greatest veteran chef's, Greg Higgins, this is a sure bet.
