8 peach halves

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 large mint leaves
  • 8 Teaspoons goat cheese
  • Honey, to taste

Directions

Preheat a gas grill on high heat until very hot. Place 1 large mint leaf on top of each peach half. Grill both sides of the peach until the peach is warm and there are char marks on both sides. Immediately place a dollop of goat cheese and a drizzle of honey on the peaches and serve warm.

Grill Shopping Tip

Think twice before buying a thicker piece of meat; a 2-inch thick steak takes four times (not twice) as long as 1-inch thick steak to cook.

Grill Cooking Tip

If you're cooking something that's been marinated, make sure to pat the item dry before it hits the grill. Any sugar in the marinade will burn.
