Ingredients

  • 1 Cup mixture of spinach and kale
  • 1 green apple
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 stalk of celery (may use leaves of celery)
  • Juice from half a lime
  • 2 Cups coconut water
  • 1/2 cucumber

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a whole food blender such as VitaMix or BlendTec (do not use a traditional juicer, as you will be wasting and discarding the most valuable components of the juice).

Blend until a fine smooth juice is created. Pour into a glass and be prepared to knock out that headache!
