  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 cup cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 8 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup kraft mayo with olive oil reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 3.5 ounce athenos crumbled reduced fat feta cheese
  • 10 ounce frozen chopped spinach, cooked, squeezed dry
  • 1 cup breakstone's reduced fat or knudsen light sour cream

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients until blended. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
