Ginger-Ade Recipe



A refreshing sipper that is great to serve at a luncheon with an Asian-inspired meal of crab rolls and sesame chicken salad, or for a casual gathering with friends.


  • 1 cups limeade, divided
  • Ice, for serving (optional)
  • Two 12-ounce bottles ginger brew (sometimes called ginger beer), chilled
  • 1 fresh lime, halved plus two slices for garnish
  • 2 pieces thinly sliced ginger, for garnish


Divide the limeade among two tall glasses with a couple of cubes of ice, if you wish. Add 1 bottle ginger brew to each glass and a squirt of fresh lime. Garnish with more fresh lime and a thin slice of ginger.
