14 Ounces Ciao Bella Pumpkin Sea Salt Caramel Gelato
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1 Pinch of cinnamon
Bourbon, to taste
1 Pinch of nutmeg
4 Cups heavy cream
In a glass bowl, whip 1 quart of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and bourbon, and whip 10 more seconds just until hard peaks form. Top liberally over Ciao Bella Pumpkin Sea Salt Caramel and enjoy!
