Four Freaky Food Combos
Four Dartmouth students recently revealed, exclusively to Spoon, some outrageous cravings and eating habits. Guaranteed to horrify your taste buds, these recipes may just be strangely... yummy?
Alan Greensboro '15 loves chocolate covered shrimp. "Nothing beats the sweet chocolate layer followed by the chewy, rubbery, fishy taste," he claims. Mixing sweet with savory has lots of potential.
Frank Lamony '15 reveals a love for French fries covered in pickles and sour cream. "It's not French fries unless it's submerged in sour cream," with pickles garnishing the top for zesty flavor.
Banana splits with baked beans are Anna Kreminsky's '16 favorite late night snack. Pro-tip: add chocolate and caramel sauce to the mix. Black or red beans can be used interchangeably.
Used to dipping Oreos into milk? Try clam chowder. Justin Levin '16 swears by his favorite lunch meal, Oreos dipped in clam chowder, as the perfect blend of creamy and crunchy.
Maybe these combos are good. Maybe they're not. Pregnant or not, dared or not, April Fool's is a fun day to try these fake students' favorite combos. Enjoy and your taste buds have just been pranked.
