Flatbread Pizza Recipe
Try this Flatbread pizza recipe instead of a traditional crust. The thin and crunchy flatbread is healthy and goes well with many toppings.
- 1 (12 inch) prepared flatbread pizza crust
- 3/4 Cups prepared marinara sauce
- 1/2 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 Cup shredded Asiago cheese
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the flatbread crust onto the prepared baking sheet, and spread marinara sauce over the crust. Spread the cheese evenly over the top. Add the sliced tomatoes and sliced bell pepper. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheeses are melted and bubbling, 12 to 15 minutes.
