Feta cheese, yogurt, and seasonings are mixed together for a savory spread that can help you eat right, yet still satisfy your appetite with a nutritious spread for pita chips or as a dip for fresh veggies.
  • 4 ounce athenos traditional crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup plain nonfat greek-style yogurt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup cup finely chopped fresh parsley, divided
  • 1 package (6 ounces) athenos pita chips original
  1. Beat the first 3 ingredients with mixer until well blended.
  2. Stir in 2 tablespoons parsley; top with remaining parsley.
  3. Serve with chips.
