Chrissy Teigen, swimsuit model, food blogger, and television hostess, is no stranger to good food. Teigen, who just wrapped the production of her cookbook — set to be published by Clarkson Potter in 2016 — doesn’t enjoy pancakes for breakfast, but is obsessed with the fried chicken that her husband, singer John Legend, prepares (which she amped up by drizzling it with a little Cholula honey butter), and she loves spaghetti in bed. The one fruit Teigen eats with most of her meals? Avocado.
Teigen told The Cut that she pretty much eats the same breakfast every morning, which includes one of two things: two eggs over-easy with sliced avocado and turkey bacon, doused in Cholula sauce, or a slice of Ezekiel bread with prosciutto, avocado mash, sliced tomatoes, and red onion. “Not only is the bread sprouted grains,” Teigen said, “but it's the only thing solid enough to hold all of those ingredients without breaking!”
