Elysian Brewing's Cocktail Bar & New Beers

Today we are checking in with Seattle's largest and most popular craft brewery – Elysian Brewing, a brand who's interests have proved to be creative. Elysian has done what not a lot of brewers have done by succeeding as both a chain brewpub/restaurant model but also as a regional production brewery to be reckoned with, next they venture into cocktails and fine dining. They haven't forgot the beers though as new releases in their Manic IPA and Oddland series come out as well as returning favs like Space Dust IPA.
