UberEats Offers 24-Hour Delivery In New York City

Living in a city that never sleeps means hunger can strike at any hour. Whether you're leaving the bar at 4 a.m. or waking up at 4 a.m. to catch a flight, New Yorkers have come to rely on delivery services for every meal.

And boy, do we have options. Seamless, GrubHub, Caviar, and Postmates all offer ways to bring your favorite restaurants from their kitchens to your sofa. Now UberEats is introducing what it hopes will be its competitive edge: 24-hour delivery.

If there's a 24-hour restaurant in your delivery zone (such as the recently launched partnership with McDonald's), then UberEats can deliver to your apartment at any hour. Or hell, get delivery straight to the bar — though you may have to bribe the bartender with an order of fries for permission.

So place your order, watch the little dot come to you, and don't fall asleep before it gets there.
