ConAgra Foods has recalled approximately 195,597 pounds of frozen P.F. Chang’s chicken and beef entrées for possible contamination by metal fragments. They are described as “curled, malleable, and shiny,” and might be found in the sauce of the recalled products. An employee found metal fragments July 1 while dispensing sugar for the sauce, and ConAgra Foods was notified July 14 of the sugar recall for potential metal contamination.
