I love surprising my taste buds. A few weeks ago when I was staying at the Eden Roc Hotel in Miami Beach, I decided to try a favorite of mine- coconut shrimp.
More often than not, coconut shrimp is an appetizer that many restaurants pride themselves in but is typically less experimental in taste. Not here!
These perfectly cooked jumbo shrimp prepared with wasabi, tartar sauce (which is not your typical tartar) and a hint of lime were the perfect start to my dinner.
