Joining the slew of popular parties will be the DAYLIGHT Beach Club at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino which debuted last summer. Headlining its opening day on April 5, will be the artist and DJ Nicky Romero, whose hits include Symphonica, I Could Be The One with Avicii and his hit with Krewella, Legacy. Romero has played at such venues as Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival, Tomorrowland and the Ultra Music Festival.
A soft opening is set for Friday, March 28 through Sunday, March 30, but for the full effect, consider waiting until the grand opening to see the masterful Romero. "I'm very excited about my performance during the opening of one of the coolest clubs in Las Vegas, DAYLIGHT. Continuing my residency at DAYLIGHT for 2014 is something that puts a big smile on my face. Can't wait for this!" said Romero.
This year, DAYLIGHT will be debuting two new VIP pools in conjunction with the 4,400-square-foot pool one sitting on the north end sitting at 448 square feet while the 245-square-foot pool will take over the south-west end. The custom designed, 5,000 capacity venue also features a 1,500-square-foot elevated stage, six LED screens, 70 daybeds, 25 cabanas and bungalows, and serves signature cocktails and cuisine.
DAYLIGHT will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday to Saturday and the entry fee is $20 for women, $30 for men. The full artist roster is available on their site and tickets can now be purchased for upcoming events.
