The International Culinary Center offers home cooks a variety of appetizing, hands-on, one-day classes for around $195 per person, per class. Classes are held in the school’s state-of-the-art kitchen and are taught by the professional chef faculty.
The New York campus offers 25 focused classes such as Classic Croissants, Basics of Sushi, and Handmade Pasta; whereas the California campus offers simply the foundations: Knife Skills 101, Culinary Techniques, as well as The Fundamentals of Wine. New York also offers other industry-relevant courses such as food styling and culinary writing.
The ICC Culinary Techniques boot-camp course includes 100 hours of instruction for $8,200.
