The Coconut Sparkler

- 1 1/2 Ounce Skyy Infusions Coconut
- 1 Ounce Fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 Ounces simple syrup
- 1 Ounce club soda
Combine Skyy Infusions Coconut, lemon juice and simple syrup in a tall mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a slice of lemon.
