Tips
- A minimalist old fashioned that's prepared by bartenders who know their ryes and bourbons. The only thing holding back this drink is the quality of their shard-like ice.
- Loved this place. The mint salad app was fresh and delicious. We shared the chicken tangine and snapper. Beautiful space too
- super comfortable seats and spacious bar for walk-in no res dinner!
- Very charming restaurant with delicious food. The beets, octopus, and red snapper were all great! Beets and octopus pictured below.
- It's a bit cramped but the dining rooms a stunner. The food looks as good as it tastes. The shellfish and octopus deliver the goods.
- spicy harissa-baked eggs + "honey pot"
- Claudette brings Southern France to Greenwich Village. Order the pieds paquets, it comes on a copper platter of tripe and pork sloshing dangerously in a garlicky rust-colored broth.
- The Chicken Tagine is fantastic! I highly recommend it. Cocktails are strong and prepared very well. They also have Rose on tap, which is cool. Not on the menu, but available in a carafe for $40.
- For brunch, Koren Grieveson turns a mix of Mediterranean-style such as smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, and eggs benedict with chard and confit tomatoes.
- The chicken tajine is fine, but overhyped. Get the bouillabaisse instead, filled with octopus, shrimp, mussels, and white fish, topped with a croissant like pastry perfect for dipping.
- From the Rosemary owner/chef comes the most delicious salad you'll ever eat: warm braised lamb, peaches, chickpeas, frise. Lives up to it's French-North African hybrid billing.
- Dishes seamlessly meld French and Mediterranean flavors and techniques. Try the Baby Octopus, grilled in a spicy Harissa sauce, and the Chicken Tagine.
- The adorable atmosphere and the simple dishes boasting complex flavors keep us coming back for more. We recommend the Shaved Carrots, Corsican Mint Salad, Baby Octopus and the Homemade Chittara.
- The chitarra pasta and pistachio cake were delicious. Service was very good. Will be back!
- The menu has lots of shareable salads and vegetable dishes, as well as lightly composed seafood plates, "pains Tunisiens," pastas, bouillabaisse, chicken tagine, grilled lamb, and hanger steak.
- The chicken is superb and plan on taking half of it home with u. Great new spot!!
- Checking to see if brunch is good fo a large group.
- Try the JCB rose champagne from Bordeaux, quite nice.
- Great lively spot for brunch
- Such a wonderful place! Absolutely lovely. Loved the truffle hummus!
