- 12 Ounces Montecristo White Rum
- 3 Ounces Clement Creole Shrubb Rum
- 3 Ounces fresh lemon juice
- 3 Ounces fresh lime juice
- 6 Ounces ginger beer
- 12 slices of fresh ginger
Muddle ginger with lemon and lime juices, add rums and mix well. Strain over ice and add ginger beer.
