Cilantro-Lime Crema Recipe

Serve this crema with a kick along with Jennie’s Fish Tacos. It’s a good dipping sauce for nearly anything fried, from fish strips to chips.

Ingredients

  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove, pushed through a press
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until fully incorporated.
