Friday June 6th is the kickoff to Portland Fruit Beer Festival but if your in Eugene you will want to check out Sixteen Tons sixth edition of Cheese Wars. I was lucky enough to participate in the first edition and can guarantee this event pitting beer vs wine by cheese pairings with guests Tobias Schock of Agrarian Ales will be a good time.
