Ingredients
  • 20 milliliter illy espresso
  • whipped cream
  • unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 45 milliliter fresh whole milk
Directions
  1. • Brew 1 illy espresso in the cappuccino cup
  2. • Use the steam of the espresso machine to froth up the fresh milk
  3. • Pour the frothed milk on top of the espresso, filling it just over half way
  4. • Add whipped cream on top in a circular motion
  5. • Finish off with a sprinkle of cocoa powder
