I like to heat the grill pan on the EGG® so it is nice and hot to start grilling the Brussels Sprouts.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Pounds fresh brussel sprouts
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon sea salt
- 3/4 Teaspoons freshly ground pepper
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Directions
Rinse brussel sprouts, let dry in a colander then cut off the stub at the end of each sprout. Take a large bowl and toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt and pepper. Heat the EGG® and bring the temperature to 450 degrees. Prepare an EGG® safe pan. Take the pan and sit on the EGG® for 5 minutes (to heat up the pan). Open lid and toss the brussel sprouts in the hot pan and let roast for about 15 minutes. Toss every 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and Enjoy.
