I have started a new to me diet about 2 months ago. It is a blood type diet that advises you of the good foods and bad foods for your blood type. I am a Type O and am looking for more advise and suggestions from others who are on this type of diet. So far I have lost 30lbs (I weighed 240 when I started) and have a goal of 200lbs.
My doctor is very excited about my weight loss but says there are not many surveys to guide me. Are there people out there who know more about this diet? While I feel better, I sometimes feel a little drained. I look forward to some feedback on this subject. Thanks.
