This Is The Ice Cream Brand That Actually Has The Most Cookie Dough In Their Cookie Dough Ice Cream

Let's face it: We don't get cookie dough ice cream for the vanilla ice cream, we get cookie dough ice cream for the delicious dough. But how can you really know which brand has the most cookie dough? With almost all ice cream brands charging $3 to $4 a pint, you want to get as much cookie dough as possible. Lucky for us, Buzzfeed has the scoop.

Buzzfeed examined the following brands in search of answers: SO Delicious Coconut Milk Gluten Free Cookie Dough, Häagen-Dazs Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Three Twins Organic Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Their method was to let all of the ice cream melt, strain the liquid, and weigh the cookie dough pieces.

The results were as follows: SO Delicious ice cream has 1 ¼ ounces of dough, Three Twins has 1 ¼ ounces of dough, Haagen-Dazs has 2 ounces of dough, and Ben and Jerry's was the winner with 3 3/8 ounces of dough. This means 21.1 percent of Ben and Jerry's ice cream is made up of cookie dough. The more dough, the better! But if you're the type of person who wants more vanilla ice cream and less dough, try out SO Delicious, which only has 7.8 percent cookie dough in each pint.
