While December may have seen a drop in the number of big wine tastings and festivals offered most other months (those pesky holidays seem to have gotten in the way), fear not: January marks not only the dawn of a new year, but the return of a spate of wine tastings. All around the country there are plenty of events at which you can break your 2011 resolutions with gusto.
