Scour Facebook and Twitter for the location of Hodge Podge, the food truck with the famous owner. No not that famous Cleveland chef, the other one; Chris Hodgson. Voted Best New Chef in the Great Lakes Region in 2014 by Food and Wine magazine, Chris Hodgson is a busy guy. He is a restaurant owner (Hodges), food truck runner (Hodge Podge) and stand operator (Hodge Podge) at the Cleveland Browns First Energy Stadium. The Hodge Podge food truck is a great example of Hodgson's imagination. Find this truck for sweet potato tater-tots, truffle mac and cheese and the Hodge Dog, a deep fried hot dog with (aforementioned) tater-tots, Asian slaw and BBQ sauce. Walnut Wednesdays cannot get here fast enough!

Jibaro World Eats is a food truck with a global mind. Using spices, flavors and ingredient combinations from the Caribbean, Spanish and Latin cuisines is what sets this truck apart from the rest. Think about burritos, like the tropical chicken burrito, big enough to share but so flavorful that you won't want to, or pulled pork slow cooked so it melts in your mouth and a spicy seafood bisque that will surprise every customer with its delicious flavors. A side of beans and rice or plantains will seem common place from now on, unless they're from Jibaro.

The mushroom burger is balsamic glazed and served with provolone and Krav's special sauce and the gyros are lamb or chicken based and served with tzatziki sauce. So much food and flavor is coming from this amazing food truck.

A gourmet grilled cheese food truck is everyone's dream. Little Cheesers is amazing; the food is hands-down phenomenal. Choose from sourdough or wheatberry bread and add cheeses like soft brie, Swiss, mozzarella and extras like granny smith apples, onions and walnuts (plus the brie) for a sandwich called the Fancy Pants. Or go for the Legalize Marinara – a sandwich with pepperoni, mozzarella and slices of tomatoes (plus a little garlic). If the line is long at Little Cheesers, it only means the food is worth the wait.

After all of those sandwiches and side dishes, it's nice to see a dessert food truck at Food Truck Fridays. The Donut Lab is just such an establishment. It's taking donuts to a new level with mini cake donuts topped with candied ginger, cinnamon and sugar or strawberries and whipped cream. Try an order (eight of them) and attempt to eat them all.
