Ingredients
- 1 ounce hidalgo manzanilla sherry
- 1/2 ounce old overholt rye
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce orgeat
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- 1/2 ounce orange flower water
- 3/4 ounce cappeletti
- parasol (optional)
- shaved marcona almonds (optional)
- orange zest (optional)
Directions
- Step 1: In a shaker with ice combine 1 ounce Hidalgo manzanilla sherry, 1/2 ounce Old Overholt rye, 1/2 ounce lemon juice, 1/4 ounce orgeat, 3 dashes orange bitters, 1/2 ounce orange flower water and 3/4 ounce Cappeletti.
- Step 2: Build ingredients in Julep tin and fill with crushed ice, mounding at top.
- Step 3: Garnish with parasol, shaved Marcona almonds, and orange zest (optional)
