Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed and roasted
  • 3/4 cup homemade ketchup*
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

Directions

  1. Crush the roasted garlic and mix with the rest of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
