Tips
- Mackerel tataki was more like tartare that was juicy, crispy, citrusy and salty; seaweed salad freshness, lobster noodles and side roasted mushrooms were deliciously rich
- Duck breast was very good but the menu's a little boring compared to similar restaurants.
- A bit salty and saucy but Mackerel tataki and duck meatballs were yum. Pretty good happy hour $35 prix fix menu!
- The sesame studded Black Sea bass is excellent. And those potatos!
- Everything was excellent. Fried chicken, duck breast, asparagus, pork belly special, mackerel tataki. Plus they sported us 1 app and an amazing dessert for my BF's bday. Service & care were impeccable
- The rabbit croquettes and duck skewers are great starters. The mushroom dish is packed with umami and different textures. I'd skip the side of rice - it's a little dry for my taste
- The ramen-inspired chicken soup forgoes noodles in favor of enoki, Tokyo turnips, soy-marinated eggs, and a sheet of nori. Earthy, mellow,& served in a French crock, it's one slick bowl for the soul.
- You can't go wrong with the Mixed Grill as an appetizer
- The fried chicken is great and comes with 3 different sauces
- chicken soup
- A really good Japanese tapas place, reminds me izakaya restaurants in Tokyo. Run to this place before it is becoming famous! My favorite dishes: Mushrooms, Duck Meatballs, Mackerel Tataki.
- Yellow seafood curry is incredible!
- Service is very slow so don't come hungry. Food is not bad but a bit on the salty side. Chawamushi is served cold.
