No need to wait until Thanksgiving to use cranberry sauce as a topping. Try it on this baked chicken recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 Teaspoon olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons cranberry prepared sauce
- Basil, for garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the chicken beast on a baking sheet and rub in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Top with cranberry sauce and serve.
