Arctic Greenhouse Grows Greens Year-Round

High food prices and arctic conditions have long frustrated arctic communities who are unable to afford or grow fresh produce. However, a local project featuring a greenhouse and hydroponic gardens is providing relief to and increasing the dietary diversity of local communities by providing year-round access to locally-grown produce.
