This is a perfect brunch cocktail!
- 3/4 Cups Freixenet Cordon Negro Extra Dry, chilled
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1/4 Cup Apricot Nectar, chilled
Pour apricot nectar into a chilled flute and top with the chilled cava. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
