Apple Carrot Juice

Apple carrot juice is one of my favorite juices. Not only is it delicious but it is so easy to make. All you need is a juicer and two ingredients. I personally like to make my apple carrot juice into a snack by munching some carrots and celery while sipping on my refreshing drink. And, of course, feel free to experiment with different ratios of carrots to apples. If you like your juices on the sweeter side, use more apples! And you could always add alcohol (vodka, anyone?) and make a boozy poolside refreshment.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 0 minutes
Total time: 10 minutes

Servings: 1 cup

3 large carrots
2 sweet apples
Celery and/or spinach (optional)

1. Wash and peel the carrots.
2. Core the apples.
3. If the carrots and apples do not fit into your juicer, chop them into smaller pieces.
4. Place all your ingredients into your juicer.
5. Pour the juice into your favorite glass and enjoy!
