Tips

  • Get the tasting menu and sit back and enjoy the ride! Favorites were the oyster, the potato salad, the lamb, and the pine ice cream!
  • Want to know what Noma is like? Come here for a taste.
  • Tasting menu.
  • Visited for lunch. 2 dish tasting menu for $40, add $8 for dessert. All dishes were wonderful: beef tartare, mushroom plate, grilled chicken. Small dining room. Midtown business crowd.
  • One Michelin star.
  • Fabulous culinary experience. The bread & butter is like no other! Each course was better than the next. Ravioli,Beef tartare, lobster, chicken elevated to an unexpected level. We love Liz and Chris!
  • Pork belly & cauliflower was very good
  • Noma's Chef's NYC Endeavor
  • The hay foam (!) on the cauliflower amazing. Cornelius Vanderbilt cocktail yummy with smoke infused into a Manhattan. Best thing is bread & butter so order snacks + small plates, skip the pricy main
  • The bread and butter are wonderful. The oyster that came with the snacks may have been the best I have ever had!
  • The beef heart tartare is amazing
  • If you don't do one of their tasting menus, I highly recommend getting the starter snacks and sweet snacks from the a la carte menu. The guinea hen, tilefish and halibut for two are excellent too.
  • If you think you don't like beetroot, I highly suggest ordering the Salt and ash Baked Beet Root. It will change how you think about vegetables forever.
  • Go all-in with the tasting menu.
  • Tasting menu vegetarian $100. You will leave full esp with the delicious bread & butter.
  • Go land and sea. Get the pairing. Trust.
  • The halibut for 2 was amazing and make sure to get the snacks as an appetizer
  • The bread is everything.
  • Menu tailored to the freshest seasonal ingredients. Love their Land and Sea. Service/tip are included in the prices. Their frozen pine souffle is amazing!
  • Expensive, mediocre and slow service. The place is amazingly designed but the food is meh. I don't understand why people make only good comments about this place. Not worth the money.
